This site is all about sharing video so... if you need help it's a good bet you either are having trouble creating video or uploading video. Generally speaking, it's best to save your video as an mp4 file (though most other formats will work) with a width in pixels of anywhere between 400 pixels and 720 pixels. Your video will be resized to 400 pixels by 300 pixels in any case. The maximum file size you can upload is 100 megs.

But since this site works just like that OTHER video sharing site (starts with "you" and rhymes with "rube") perhaps you could ask anyone you know that uploads videos there. The same general rules apply here.
